Where is Ohmilknhoney based?

We are based in Singapore and currently shipping to our Singaporean Brothers and Sisters!

Are you going to restock The Lord Determines Our Steps Mousepad?

We’re always working on something new for you! We might not be restocked after a product sells out. Do follow us on our instagram (@ohmilknhoney) for latest deets!

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept payment in 4 modes:

  • Major credit cards via secure checkout (i.e. American Express, Mastercard & Visa)
  • PAYNOW via QR code scanning powered by HitPay
  • Grabpay (GrabPay allows you to earn GrabRewards points! These points can be redeemed for discounts off your Grab rides or GrabFood orders)
  • Hoolah (3 Monthly installments. No Interest or fees)

Ordering, Shipping & Returns

How long does it take for my order to process?

It will typically take 1-2 days to process your order! I am a one person team so it fluctuates depending on how busy I am. Thank you for your support and patience!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be ship via Ninjavan typically take 1 – 2 days to arrive at your doorstep.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently only ship within Singapore. We are definitely looking into taking international orders in future! Drop us a hello over here if you’re from overseas and is interested to get our products!

Oh no! My package came damaged or I believe is missing

Please drop me an email at hello@ohmilknhoney.com with photo proof of the damage.
Do include your name with your order no. I will email back ASAP. Damaged items  can usually be replaced.

If your order is missing it might have bounce back to me. All orders are shipped via Ninjavan directly to your doorstep to avoid lost parcels and provide additional assurance for your orders.

Oh no! Something is missing/extra in my package, what do I do?

If you’re missing something or received the wrong item please drop me an email with your order no. and we will replace your item, we typically never ask for things to be shipped back to us, so please keep the mix up as a little gift for our oppsies!

Oh no! There's a defect on my item, can I get a full refund or replacement?

Refund policy is only applicable for goods that are defective or damaged. Do send us photo proof and order no. to hello@ohmilknhoney.com or DM us over @ohmilknhoney on Instagram. Alternatively, if you wished to have a replacement, we can send over a new piece to you, after we’ve receive photo proof of the defect.

Oh no! I have changed my mind and wish to cancel my order. How do I do so?

Don’t worry, we accept cancellation of order within 24 hours and will do a full refund within 1 working day.
If you wish to change order, we suggest to cancel your order and make a new order. You can cancel it by heading over to our contact page here.

Please take note for those who made payment via PAYNOW:
Refund can only be successfully credited to a PayNow registered mobile number

I've received my order and regretted my purchase can I return and get a full refund?

We do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@ohmilknhoney.com and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
